Kimiyaye Pars KhavarMianeh Petrochemical Company was established in 2007 as a subsidiary of PetroFerhaneg Holding. The construction of a 1.65 million-ton capacity AA-grade methanol plant began in the autumn of 2015 on approximately 7.4 hectares of land in the second phase of Petrochemical (Asaluyeh). It became operational on May 27, 2020. Pars KhavarMianeh Petrochemical Company is a private joint-stock company. The company is involved in the construction of chemical and petrochemical complexes and conducts business activities such as exporting and importing chemical products. It also establishes subsidiary companies and engages in partnerships with individuals and legal entities both domestically and internationally.
