Huge natural gas resources have turned the Assalouyeh region into a hub of oil, gas, and petrochemical industries in Iran. Undoubtedly, the operation of gas processing units and petrochemical complexes increases the emission of CO2 as a greenhouse gas in the region. So, capturing CO2 gas from effluents of operating plants is our goal to help the environmental issues and save the future of the earth. Hemmat Petrochemical Company has been established in 2017, just to cope with our country's share of reducing the CO2 based on the Parise treaty. We will convert the CO2 to Urea fertilizer which mainly will be used in agriculture, and due we will produce Urea from discharged CO2, we have called it a green Urea producer.
